Activities
We will have the typical accoutrements of a good SF/Fantasy
convention, including panels on a variety of topics, a
Dealers' Room, Art Show, Gaming, etc. We will also be
conducting our annual Robert Heinlein Memorial Blood
Drive, as well as seeking canned food donations for
the Old Bethel United Methodist Church's Food Bank. We are
asking that each attendee bring a can of food. (The flyer mailed
to the homes of past attendees erroneously listed a different
church.)
Individuals listed below may also be contacted by directing e-mail to
webmaster@inconjunction.org.

The Dealers' Room will be slightly smaller(about 65 tables)
than last year's. Tables are the typical hotel 30" x 8'. The price of
the first table is $45, and additional tables are $35. (The general
flyer mailed to the homes of past attendees erroneously listed a
different price.) One registration is included in the purchase
price of the first table. Additional registrations must be
purchased separately. To see our current list of registered dealers

a $0.50 hanging fee per piece with a 10% commission on sold items. A
print shop will be available, and there is a 10 piece limit per
artist.

Gaming typically runs 24 hours a day. Our past experience
has shown a great interest in a variety of role playing games, with
some interest in board games, miniatures, and linked computer
gaming. Gamemasters are always needed, as well as other forms of
assistance.
