Nightly room rates* at the Indianapolis Marriott East are $95.00 for a single, double, triple or quad.

There are also a limited number of "Tower Room" upgrades available. Nightly rates* for upgrade rooms are $105 for an Executive King, $115 for a Hospitality Suite, $125 for a One Bedroom Suite and $145 for a Presidential Suite.

If you don't mind a short dash across the parking lot, there are additional rooms* available at the Fairfield Inn & Suites for $89 and at the La Quinta Inn, for $79.

  • Follow five simple steps to reserve your room,
  • Don't forget to make note of your confirmation number. It can be used later to make changes to your reservation(s).
• Call the Indianapolis Marriott East at 317-352-1231, the Fairfield Inn & Suites at 317-322-0101 or the La Quinta Inn at 317-359-1021 (0). Be sure to tell the hotel that you are with "InConJunction" and/or mention group code "ISFISFA" when reserving your rooms.

Please Note: Special conference rates are available up to the date of the convention. After the reservation cutoff date, all reservations will be subject to availability. Early response is suggested. The staff of the Indianapolis Marriott East has gone out of their way to insure that our guests and attendees feel welcome and will do their best to meet your needs for special rooms or assistance. Please return the favor by tipping the staff and by being kind and courteous to the staff, as well as to the other hotel guests.

Party Floor: If you plan on hosting a room party at InConJunction please contact the Indianapolis Marriott East via e-mail to request a room on the party floor.

Special Notice: If you are having any difficulties reserving a hotel room (e.g. you've been told that no rooms are available, or that the staff isn't aware of the special rates for InConJunction) then please contact the convention organizers via e-mail and let them know. Please include your name and contact information, and if possible the type of room you were requesting, the number of nights of your stay, the date(s) and time(s) you spoke with the reservation department and the name of the reservations agent with whom you spoke. We'll do our best to help resolve the issue and make sure that you have a room for the weekend.

Hotel Amenities

Minutes from Downtown Indianapolis, the recently remodeled and expanded Indianapolis Marriott East creates a campus atmosphere, with three hotels connected by complimentary parking offering various price options in one location. Business travelers work efficiently utilizing the high speed internet service at well-lit, spacious work desks. Workout regimens are easy to maintain in the fully equipped health club complete with elliptical trainers.

The hotel's 57,000 sqare feet of combined meeting and preconvention space includes up to 41 breakout rooms. There are 315 guest rooms, including 41 suites and a Concierge Level with Concierge Lounge. The hotel rooms include high-speed Internet access, a 2-line phone with voice mail and data port, rolling desks, ergonomic chairs, the new Marriott Revive® bedding, and European showerheads. Not to mention 37" Flat panel televisions with Cable TV and On-Demand movies. As well as coffee makers, hair dryers, and in-room safes.

The Indianapolis Marriott East allows dogs (with a $30 refundable deposit), as well as other assisted living and guide animals, to stay in the hotel with their owners. Other pets are not allowed. The Indianapolis Marriott East is a completely smoke-free facility.

Hotel Directions

The Indianapolis Marriott East is located on the Indianapolis east side, near the junction of I-70 and Shadeland Avenue. Driving directions from the Indianapolis International Airport: Exit the Airport following the signs for Indianapolis/I-70 East. Take I-70 East, about 16 miles, to the Shadeland Avenue exit (Exit 89) Turn right (South) onto Shadeland Avenue. Turn immediately left (East) onto 21st Street. The Marriott is about one block East of Shadeland Avenue, on the left (North) side of the 21st Street. Travel Advisory: Don't get caught in construction traffic! Check the INDOT Major Moves Site, the INDOT Traffic Conditions Map, the TrafficWise Traffic Conditions Map, or the INDOT Traffic Info Site before hitting the road.
