Hotel Information Plan your hotel stay for InConJunction 30! Nightly room rates* at the Indianapolis Marriott East are $95.00 for a single, double, triple or quad. There are also a limited number of "Tower Room" upgrades available. Nightly rates* for upgrade rooms are $105 for an Executive King, $115 for a Hospitality Suite, $125 for a One Bedroom Suite and $145 for a Presidential Suite. If you don't mind a short dash across the parking lot, there are additional rooms* available at the Fairfield Inn & Suites for $89 and at the La Quinta Inn, for $79. * All quoted rates do not include taxes. Reservation Deadline: June 1st, 2010 Please Note: Special conference rates are available up to the date of the convention. After the reservation cutoff date, all reservations will be subject to availability. Early response is suggested. The staff of the Indianapolis Marriott East has gone out of their way to insure that our guests and attendees feel welcome and will do their best to meet your needs for special rooms or assistance. Please return the favor by tipping the staff and by being kind and courteous to the staff, as well as to the other hotel guests. Party Floor: If you plan on hosting a room party at InConJunction please contact the Indianapolis Marriott East via e-mail to request a room on the party floor. Special Notice: If you are having any difficulties reserving a hotel room (e.g. you've been told that no rooms are available, or that the staff isn't aware of the special rates for InConJunction) then please contact the convention organizers via e-mail and let them know. Please include your name and contact information, and if possible the type of room you were requesting, the number of nights of your stay, the date(s) and time(s) you spoke with the reservation department and the name of the reservations agent with whom you spoke. We'll do our best to help resolve the issue and make sure that you have a room for the weekend. Hotel Amenities Minutes from Downtown Indianapolis, the recently remodeled and expanded Indianapolis Marriott East creates a campus atmosphere, with three hotels connected by complimentary parking offering various price options in one location.
