Applications must be received by March 1st, 2009. You do not need to send money at this time. After March 15th, 2009 you will receive a letter stating whether or not you have been accepted into this year's Dealers' Room. Those dealers who have been accepted will have a month within which to purchase tables. If they fail to do so, their tables will be sold to someone else.
